Imagine that you have just downloaded a Word document from the web or you have created it from scratch and you need to save it as a PDF file, so that unauthorized users won't be able to modify it. Besides PDF, SoftCopy also supports saving documents as regular image files, like BMP, JPEG, GIF and so on, which is very useful for printing. After the settings have been configured, one only needs to launch his preferred word processing application and just access the printing feature.
